The staff was friendly and the service was quick. What was most impressed me was none of the staff looked to be older than 25. The dining room was spotless. I didn't see one cell phone out. If they weren't taking care of a customer they were cleaning up or restocking things.
My wife and I are in from Florida for our sons funeral, we have a Skyline Chili in Florida and wanted to stop and see if there are any similarities-we both agree that Gold Star Chili by far is the BEST!! The lady that waited on us was sweet and our order was delicious!! We over heard that new management was in, we wish you all the best!!!!
Great Service!! Food was well prepared, hot and it came out fast! It gets very busy and is hard to get into at times. However, they must be doing something right! Definitely in my rotation of local spots to frequent.

We just ordered food for our whole family to go and we got our food in less than 10 min and had excellent service while I waited. Even have me a free drink while I waited! Only had one issue with the order they forgot my chili cheese fries other than that would have been a 5 star review. ---- UPDATE: Gold Star reached out to me after leaving my review on their site. They've given me a gift card for the difference in the amount of the chili cheese fries that were missing fr my order. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Thank you, Gold Star Chili!
Upon entering the restaurant, I was promptly greeted by a friendly associate. My order was taken in a timely manner and it appeared the cook was already working on it before I was finished ordering. My food came very quickly and was hot and deliciously seasoned. I absolutely love gold star chili. Much better than the skyline chili. Also every gold star I go into all the employees are way friendlier than that of skyline. If you're passing through and you want a delicious chili cheese Coney I definitely recommend you stop in at the Gold Star in seaman.
